Capturing Today Before Tomorrow Makes It A Memory

ABOUT

When I lost my Dad very unexpectedly in 2016,

I realized the true power of a photograph.

It brings you back to a moment in time,

capturing not just an image but an entire experience. A moment that allows you to relive smiles, laughter, and the way their cheeks glow in the sunlight.

A moment when you can:

feel the warmth of their presence,

hear the echoes of shared stories,

and embrace the love that filled the air.

Sparwood Photographer
My mission is to help you capture the beauty of your family’s story, so you can cherish those precious moments for years to come.

Photographs have a way of freezing these fleeting seconds, preserving the essence of those you hold dear. They become a bridge to the past, a tangible reminder of the connections that shape our lives.

This understanding fuels my passion for photography; it’s about more than just taking pictures. It’s about creating lasting memories that honor those moments we want to hold onto forever. Every session I undertake is a chance to celebrate life’s joys, knowing how quickly time can slip away.

Joy is someone who really knows how to capture connection within a family! Since I’ve known her, she’s been so incredibly dedicated to learning her art so that she can give her clients the best possible service to get the photos that they love. I’ve seen her work improve so much as she’s practiced and learned. She is amazing at finding beautiful locations for your family, and making everyone comfortable and relaxed. I admire all the time she puts into her craft, and her passion for everything that is involved in photography. Besides her skills, she’s so incredibly caring for her own family (and wonderful animals!) and is so generous. She is very caring, and sweet, and anyone would be lucky to work with such a great person & photographer!
